The Magic of Christmas Park Entry

IMPORTANT - please read the following before booking!

  • The park is open from 10am to 4.45pm and you are welcome to arrive and leave at any point during these times.
  • All tickets for our Christmas events dates should be booked online in advance as we expect to sell out on most dates.
  • All park entry tickets at Christmas include a hot chocolate on the festive train and a visit to Buzzlewick’s Elf Emporium with a chance to decorate gingerbread, write a letter to santa, make reindeer food and sit in Santa’s sleigh.
  • All tickets are non refundable - make sure you CREATE AN ACCOUNT during the booking process, as this will allow you to change your visit date / time up to 24 hours ahead of your visit - £1.50pp charge applies - max £5 per booking. 
  • All children must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 yrs+
  • Be sure to select a park entry ticket for every person in your group - please note that it's not possible to visit Santa without a park entry ticket.
  • A visit to Santa and a fabulous festive gift from Buzzlewick's Toy Shop is an optional extra, with a £5.95 charge per booking to reserve a family slot for up to 6 children, plus a £9.50 charge per child which includes a present.
  • You must book your visit to see Santa online at the same time as booking your park entry tickets – it’s not possible to add this later.
  • There is a maximum of 6 children per Santa slot and only one Santa slot can be added to each online booking. If you have more than 6 children, you’ll need to make a separate booking for the additional children, including their park entry tickets. 
  • If you book for less than 6 children and then find you would like to bring more later, please just book park entry tickets online for the extra children – our staff will be happy to add their visit to santa to your slot when you arrive at the park up to the maximum of 6 per slot.
  • Make sure to be at Santa's Cottage at least 5 minutes before your slot.

Accessibility & Cut Short Promise
As well as a standard discount for Carers, we’re pleased to introduce a new ‘cut short promise’ for disabled guests, along with essential companion tickets for paid professional carers. We’re also trialling a Special Consideration Essential Companion ticket. For full details on all of these things and our other accessibility provisions please click here.

Dogs
Very calm, friendly and well-behaved older dogs with responsible owners are allowed on park. This is not a suitable place for anxious, aggressive or excitable dogs - we reserve the right to refuse entry. You must have public liability insurance covering your dog / dogs (normally provided with standard dog insurance). Some parts of the park are not accessible and all dog owners are required to sign a form on entry explaining your responsibilities. Please make sure you read our dog policy before booking.
