No Bird of Prey Shows on Fridays from April to October or from November to March.
No Merlin on Saturdays during the main school holidays.

Dogs
Very calm, friendly and well-behaved older dogs with responsible owners are allowed on park. This is not a suitable place for anxious, aggresive or excitable dogs - we reserve the right to refuse entry. You must have public liability insurance covering your dog / dogs (normally provided with standard dog insurance). Some parts of the park are not accessible and all dog owners are required to sign a form on entry explaining your responsibilities. Please make sure you read our dog policy before booking.
Online tickets are non refundable, but can be transferred to another date (if available) for a small admin fee - please see T&C's for more info.
Accessibility & Cut Short Promise
As well as a standard discount for Carers, we’re pleased to introduce a new ‘cut short promise’ for disabled guests, along with essential companion tickets for paid professional carers. We’re also trialling a Special Consideration Essential Companion ticket. For full details on all of these things and our other accessibility provisions please click here.
